Marin has been with AURA since 2015, responsible for leading AURA’s private sponsorship program since 2018. She works closely with refugees, sponsors and newcomers to guide them through the sponsorship process. Marin is originally from Toronto.

Ebad Pasha

Development and Marketing Specialist

Ebad joined AURA in 2024 and manages grants, marketing and external communications. Before moving to Canada, he worked in operations and marketing for non-profit and for-profit organizations in Pakistan.

Veronica Badali

Refugee Sponsorship Assistant (part-time)

Veronica joined AURA in 2025. She assists AURA’s Sponsorship Director with private sponsorship applications and supporting refugee newcomers during their first year in Canada. Veronica is originally from Toronto.

Bookkeeper

AURA’s Bookkeeper works 5 hours per week, ensuring the organization’s financial operations run smoothly.
